These Terms govern your use of Fashion Show Directory. By using the Platform, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing a service, you agree to them. If you use the Platform for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and promptly report unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect the Platform or enforce these Terms.
Directory role
Fashion Show Directory is an independent information and promotion platform. Unless expressly stated, we do not organize, produce, sponsor, endorse, sell tickets for, cast, employ, insure or control listed events or participants. A verification label reflects limited checks at a point in time—not a guarantee of identity, safety, quality, legality, attendance, payment, opportunity, affiliation or outcome.
Organizer responsibilities
- Submit accurate, current information you are authorized to publish.
- Disclose every required application, registration, casting, booth, ticket or participation fee clearly and before an applicant submits or pays.
- Do not claim official affiliation, endorsement, schedule status or trademark rights without documentation.
- Maintain permits, licenses, insurance, releases, venue rights and legally required accessibility and safety measures.
- Comply with labor, anti-discrimination, child-safety, privacy, advertising, ticketing and consumer-protection laws.
- Promptly update cancellations, date changes, sold-out status and closed opportunities.
User content and license
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute and promote it for Platform operations. You represent that your content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe rights. We may edit for clarity, categorization or safety without assuming responsibility for accuracy.
Prohibited conduct
Do not submit scams, impersonations, unlawful discrimination, deceptive fees, counterfeit tickets, malware, harassment, sexual exploitation, trafficking content, unauthorized personal data, infringing material, manipulated reviews, or misleading affiliation claims. Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, evade limits, harvest contacts, or use the Platform for unsolicited marketing.
Payments and promotions
Prices, duration and benefits are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. Featured placement is advertising and will be identified where appropriate. Payment does not guarantee approval, attendance, applications, press, ticket sales or business results. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Listing claims
Unclaimed listings display limited public information. Paying the directory claim fee begins verification but does not guarantee approval or official status. Claimants must be authorized by the organizer and provide truthful evidence. Full listing details unlock only after payment is confirmed and an administrator approves the claim. We may reverse a claim if authority ends, evidence was false, or the listing violates Platform rules.
Third parties
Links, tickets, livestreams, applications, venues, hotels and service providers are controlled by third parties. Review their terms, fees, cancellation policies and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party acts, content or transactions.
Moderation and termination
We may investigate, label, decline, remove, demote, archive or suspend content or accounts at our discretion to protect users, comply with law or maintain directory integrity. We may preserve information and cooperate with authorities when legally permitted or required.
Intellectual property
The Platform design, compilation, software and original editorial content are owned by us or licensors. Event names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to them is descriptive and does not imply affiliation.
Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Jurisdictions that restrict these exclusions receive only legally permitted limitations.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your content, event, business, violation of these Terms or infringement of rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing terms
Before launch, legal counsel should insert the operating entity, notice address, governing law, venue, dispute process and any required arbitration/class-action language.
